Will Work for Food
We work with complex and wide-ranging food policy issues. Our aim is to make practical and useable sense of the evidence base and expert opinion, to produce new or strengthened, impactful policy recommendations.
Our experience includes desk research and literature reviews, expert and stakeholder interviews, roundtable organisation and facilitation, policy development, consultation, implementation, auditing and evaluation. We have also developed industry-leading quality standards for businesses looking to push the boundaries of their commitments on food issues.
Our broad experience in strategy development has led to the generation of progressive product improvement programs for businesses and public agencies, thought leadership work for non-profits, and cross-sector collective impact projects.
We bring the technical expertise and experience needed to coordinate complex multi-stage projects and programs from ideation through to post-implementation evaluation.
We have managed projects of all sizes, from a £30 million product improvement program that impacted over 9,000 products, to the development of a collaborative multi-sector stakeholder network to improve food retail practices utilising the principles of systems leadership.
